Well-Pet Services Early Development: We will assist you in the raising of your puppy or kitten. We offer advice on feeding, housing, behavior, immunization, and training. Proper Dental Care: Another "Well-Pet" service we provide helps the large number of dogs and cats who live much of their adult life with chronic dental problems. Dental disease is frequently painful and debilitating, but our pets rarely show us the discomfort they feel. Our complete dental check along with the annual examination guards against that kind of suffering. Senior Pet Care: This is a particularly important "Well-Pet" service. As with people, advancing age in your pet can lead to many different disease processes. It is important to realize that a 12 - 14 year old dog or cat is the equivilant to a 64 - 72 year old person.

The Animal Medical Center at Cooper City offers General Practitioner care Monday thru Friday from 7 AM to 7PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM. Drs. Deckelbaum and Zellmer provide annual exams, vaccines to protect your pet from many common diseases, and parasite testing to keep your pet healthy. They will be happy to discuss the advantages of spaying or neutering your new puppy or kitten, regular dental care and prophylaxis, and to help your beloved pet when he or she "just ain't doin' right."
